Refund and Returns Policy
Any returns must be done upon delivery due to hygiene reasons . We cannot accept any returns after delivery has taken place . The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and unused to be eligible for a return . As soon as the goods are delivered to the specified delivery address ensure that someone is at the address to receive the goods . The person receiving the goods must check the order and notify us immediately of any discrepancies . Should no discrepancies be noted then we will regard the order as having been delivered correctly .
All meat and other perishable products must be refrigerated immediately or as soon as possible to avoid spoiling . Goods that are spoiled due to not being refrigerated timeously will not be replaced or refunded .
The receipt or proof of purchase is a requirement when returning goods .
Once your return is received and inspected , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item .We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment , within a few days . If you haven’t received your refund yet , first check your bank account again . Next contact your bank as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted .
